How is everyone doing?

Hi everyone! I hope everyone is during well with the current situation the world is going through right now.
Recently I've found myself coming back to dA to look at my old works, and I find it really funny that I'm doing that as I'm about to graduate art school. I guess it's kind of like, "look back at where you came from" and I'm glad to say that my roots are in dA.
I'm not as active on here anymore, but I am sharing my art through instagram! You can check it out at @ yappangie.arts ! I do a lot more digital works like digital illustration, animation, motion graphics, and game production. But I still post traditional sketches and watercolor works from time to time.

Hello again! Happy 2018!

I decided to write a new journal/cover page for my dA, it is a new year after all!
Anyways, hi guys! How are all of you out there?
I'm still here in Japan, studying art in an art school, and it's still one of the best experiences of my life. I've helped to set up some art exhibitions, gone to many exhibitions of famous artists as well as my colleague's exhibitions, learned so much about installations, light, color theory, my own art and my own work ethic...and yet there's still so much more to learn. About art, about everything and anything.
Amidst all of that though, there are also times when I just struggle with my personal life. Sometimes, I start to have an identity crisis of why I'm in Japan, why I'm studying art. Then sometimes I worry about my financial situation. Living smack dab in the city is great and all, but when you're just an unstable college student, sometimes the anxiety drives you insane.
But then again, I guess I'm still young. Haha. And like I said, there's still a lot to learn, and I have more than enough time to make a name for myself here.
Anyways, enough about me rambling. Hope you all have a great year!

Anyway, hello. I'm drawwi, you can also call me aiyuki
I've been on dA for about 6 years now, but have slowly started to become inactive as the years go by.
However, I am currently a university student studying art in a university/art school and living in Japan. It has been very eye opening to study and live here and there have been so many opportunities thus far. I do sketch and doodle often, but there are also many days where I am working in the art studio due to projects and etc.
